What are the shipping channels?
Well, first, it’s crucial to know the different choices to make sure the delivery goes smoothly. Our shipping ways include Post NL, ePacket, China Post, UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, DPD, and dedicated line delivery.
Then, we’ll pick the best shipping way according to the country we’re sending to and the order size. That’s because different ways have their own benefits in different places and for different order amounts.
Why is shipping free in some countries and some countries require additional shipping costs?
Shipping costs change based on the country shipped to, weight, delivery time, and shipping method. Most countries offer free shipping, which is good for customers. But in some countries, shipping costs are high because of things like location and local logistics. So, the costs will go up a bit in those cases.
How long does it take to arrive?
About the delivery time. The order processing takes 1 – 3 working days. Then, the normal delivery time is around 7 – 15 working days. Also, know that during the peak season, the delivery time is extended by 1 – 2 weeks. This is because there are more orders and possible delays in the logistics system then.
Can it go through customs and will it cause me any problems?

We will take care of customs clearance, and our freight forwarding company is experienced in handling customs formalities to ensure that your package passes through customs smoothly.
